Abdulwahab is a PhD student in Physical Activity Epidemiology, advised by Dr. Soren Brage at the MRC Epidemiology Unit, University of Cambridge. He is a recipient of the Kuwaiti High Science Achiever PhD Scholarship by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was previously awarded a full Bachelor's and Master's Scholarship from the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education. His interests lie in the analysis of accelerometer-measured physical activity data in different populations and related disease endpoints. He previously studied adolescent physical activity behavior in relation to mental well-being. His current research interest is in the analysis of physical activity behavior in the Arabian Gulf in relation to metabolic disease incidence.

I am an archaeologist focused in Culture Evolution, Computational Archaeology and mathematical and spatial analysis applied to Archaeology and Prehistory. I also advocate for collaborative science, open research and scientific reproducibility, as one of the best ways to improve scientific outcomes

Andrew Lim obtained his PhD from the University of Dundee, working on an antibacterial drug discovery project. He then proceeded to work as a Postdoctoral Researcher in Drug Discovery in a project funded by the Tres Cantos Open Lab Foundation, in which he represented the academic partner Oxford Clinical Research Unit based in Vietnam to work in an academic-industrial collaborative project on the development of an intracellular assay in GSK Tres Cantos research site in Spain. He later joined the ALBORADA Drug Discovery Institute in 2020 as the Assay Development and Screening Scientist working on neurodegenerative diseases.

I am a part-time PhD student and part-time veterinarian. My research is about the genetics of obesity in dogs, which is also relevant to human genetics genetic and physiological similarities, and shared environmental factors. I am particularly interested in bringing better data management standards to the veterinary field, specially in clinical research.
