Data Champions are a community of volunteers from varied roles across the University of Cambridge. They have an interest in good research data management (RDM) practices, such as those supported by the FAIR principles.
What Data Champions do
Data Champions support their research communities by:

- offering advice or signposting where to get help
- running training sessions and workshops
- contributing to policy and guidance
There is also the opportunity for Data Champions to meet up in person every 2 months at forums to share experiences and learn from each other.
